Director, Performance Management and Talent Development
JOB SUMMARY This important role will be responsible for the performance management system, including setting goals, tracking progress, providing feedback, and identifying development opportunities for employees, aligning individual performance with overall strategic objectives, and ensuring a culture of continuous improvement across all levels of the company
RESPONSIBILITIES -Lead the development, communication, and execution of Loews performance management cycle for both hourly and salaried team members, including annual reviews, check-ins, and year-end processes. --Oversee communication and support for performance management programs across the organization, providing webinars and ongoing updates. -Design and refine performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance reviews. -Facilitate the cascading of goals from organizational objectives to individual employee levels. -Work with leaders to ensure effective goal-setting, performance evaluations, and alignment with business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS -A Bachelors degree in HR management, Business Management, or similar discipline required; Masters degree preferred. -Hospitality experience or experience in a related field preferred. -Five years of experience in talent development, leadership development, and performance management. -Expertise in performance management design, tracking, and reporting. -Proven ability to analyze talent data and extract valuable organizational insights.
