Description
Our client, a company redefining health and wellness, is seeking a Finance Director to lead the finance & accounting organization in NYC. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, aligning with the diversity, passion, and intentionality of the collective team. As a growing company, the Finance Director will provide strategic decision support- especially leadership around cash flow management & forecasting as well as cost & expense management. Other responsibilities include budgeting, financial modeling and providing key analytical insights to drive business growth. Lastly, the Finance Director will ensure a successful financial close process, recording consolidation and intercompany transactions accurately in addition to identifying areas for process improvements. This opportunity offers flexibility, being in office 2-3 days a week, in addition to a competitive compensation and benefits package. Requirements
-BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field
-5+ years of experience in finance/accounting
-CPA preferred
