KPMG is currently seeking a Director, M365 Solution Architect in Digital Lighthouse for our Consulting (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive complex and strategic deals and influence new Modern Work strategic opportunities by engaging with key business and technical contacts, understanding customers' business and technology priorities, governance, decision, and budget processes, and landing the value proposition of M365 platform, including Copilot for Microsoft 365 and other Teams workloads (Phone and Teams Premium)

  • Build customer trust with technical expertise in identity and management solutions, communications & productivity platforms, and AI solutions

  • Act as subject matter expert for Modern Work workloads, navigating complex deal orchestration, supporting competitor displacement opportunities, and sharing proven practices with field sellers through readiness and coaching to accelerate sales opportunities and engage confidently at CxO level to present your findings and initiatives

  • Accelerate Microsoft 365 advanced workload opportunities with creative deal strategies, POCs, demos and storytelling that overcome customer challenges, while leveraging core team stakeholders and lead delivery of M365 end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, post go-live support & reporting

  • Provide best practices on Solution Architecture, Estimation, Scoping and deal structuring contributing towards a compelling solution proposal for a win

  • Accountable for ensuring our pre-sales engagements are delivered with the same rigor and attention to detail as our client engagements and Define training needs within the team and coach other team members

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of recent relevant experience in a technical pre-sales or solution architecture experience for global /International clients with six years of related experience in a Modern Work technical pre-sales or solution architecture experience, particularly in a professional services / consulting firm or Product company

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science or related discipline

  • Deep and broad knowledge of functional capabilities of M365 E3 and E5, including appropriate certification as mentioned in Certification section; able to show good knowledge of best practices on deployment and migrations and demonstrated understanding of Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot, Co-Pilot studio to design and develop custom co-pilot as per client needs and High technical aptitude and hands-on experience working with enterprise AI, Cloud and Security solutions and programs, especially Microsoft's Modern Work solutions

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra and Azure AD integration with SSO for M365 / SharePoint and knowledge in designing and implementing corporate Intranet and Extranet sites leveraging M365

  • Demonstrated experience with full project life cycle experience with responsibility involving Scoping, Architecture, Design, Customizations, Testing and Deployment

  • In-depth knowledge of functional capabilities of M365 E3 and E5, including appropriate certification as mentioned in Certification section; able to show good knowledge of best practices on deployment and migrations

  • Ability to travel as needed
