Hilton Director, Global Lifestyle F&B Implementation and Performance in New York, New York

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, and owner relations for all of Hilton's unique brands! As the Director of Global Lifestyle F&B Implementation and Performance, you will support the team that leads our brands with the goal of strengthening and growing the Hilton portfolio. On the Lifestyle team reporting to the Senior Director of Global Lifestyle F&B Strategy and Development, you will help implement food and beverage concepts and programs to enhance operational performance in the Lifestyle hotel portfolio globally.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Oversee the deployment, implementation, and optimization of brand-led F&B programs, strategic initiatives, and concepts across Hilton's franchise portfolio.
  • Act as a key contact for franchise operational partners and provide hands-on support for property-level teams, ensuring successful execution of brand programs, adherence to SOPs, and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with F&B Operations, Brand Performance Support, and Brand Experience, Performance, and Strategy teams to monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track outlet performance, identify areas for improvement, and deploy actions plans.
  • Support planning and development of training materials and openings process resources to drive better F&B outlets and service, specifically for new hotel openings.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Work with Brand, Operations, Brand Performance, Analytics, Communications, and Learning & Development teams to ensure alignment on F&B initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to owners and operators, fostering strong relationships through regular communication and field visits.
  • Facilitate feedback loops between Lifestyle hotels and brand leadership to refine strategies based on real-time insights.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Drive the deployment, implementation, and optimization of new and existing food and beverage concepts, programs, standards, and initiatives.
  • Support execution of testing new brand programs, F&B concepts, technology, and brand partnerships in pilot exercises to drive brand growth, value, and operational efficiency.
  • Support development of operational playbooks and best practice guides to enhance F&B experiences globally
  • Facilitate and scale the adoption of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices within the Lifestyle hotel portfolio to uphold brand compliance.
  • Receive analytics and data reporting on performance initiatives (KPIs) and guest satisfaction; use insights to identify areas of opportunity to enhance F&B performance, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
  • Identify underperforming outlets within the Lifestyle hotel portfolio and develop strategic action plans with internal and external partners to drive improvements.
  • Support Lifestyle F&B and Operations partners in pre-opening and opening process in important new hotel openings, conversions, and transitions.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Ten (10) years in food and beverage (F&B) operations
  • Five (5) years in a multi-unit, multi-concept managerial role
  • Two (2) years of experience creating and managing project plans for large organizations
  • Experience with three (3) openings in restaurants, bars, or hotels
  • Experience leading teams and collaborative projects
  • Willing to travel 60% of the time, both domestically and internationally
  • Onsite schedule in the New York City office
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft365 and Adobe Suite

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with five (5) or more openings in restaurants, bars, or hotels
  • Creative, design, or advisory related work experience in food and beverage
  • Experience in BOH Operations and Culinary
  • Proficiency in menu programming and planning
  • Working knowledge in foodservice technical services software and AutoCAD
