About the team

FIS's Card Product team is part of a newly formed Product Organization focused on critical areas of business growth for FIS as a whole. This team works across various FIS teams to deliver the best-in-class solutions for our Debit, Credit, ATM and Software clients. This high growth area of the company is responsible for strategic market insight, including competitive and customer facing input, to support the long-term strategic plan and ensure product execution and partnerships to complement the vision in key areas for the business. It is a fast-paced team that brings a platform-based view of how we will continue to win in market, both for the US and globally.

What you will be doing

As the Digital Card Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, product roadmap and development for our client and cardholder facing applications. You will partner closely with FIS Banking Solutions division to identify and bring market-leading solutions to market both in the US and globally.

  • Lead the development of all Client and Cardholder platforms solutions across Debit and Credit
  • Demonstrate leadership by establishing and articulating a clear vision of the evolving digital first experience, competitive set, and opportunities to create unique product propositions.
  • Prepare and present product roadmap and successful deployment of the key initiatives. Identify risks and challenges, opportunities and growth strategies, business integration needs and retirement plans.
  • Drive overall revenue and profitability of digital solutions with close ties to the representative lines of business.
  • Manages vendor and internal relationships key to product delivery and develops strong partnerships to accelerate broader digital agenda.

What you bring:

  • 10+ years' experience in Banking, Fintech and/or Payments with particular focus on consumer and commercial card experience. People management experience preferred.
  • Requires general business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence
  • Client relationship management skills, understanding and focusing on clients' needs, establishing credibility and building positive, professional, relationships with clients
  • Ability to travel as needed
