Learn more about benefits at Meta at this link: https://www.metacareers.com/facebook-life/benefits.Duties:Develop strong collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and partners within the North America team and across the company, including leading cross-functional task forces on major initiatives. Conduct impactful analysis on major revenue and product trends, including vertical performance, product adoption, leading revenue indications, team productivity and sales effectiveness, and market opportunity data and trends. Provide sales management with analytic support. Design processes and execute projects related to sales leadership planning, including launch of new sales programs, planning workshops and sessions, etc. Develop standard processes and tools/dashboards that can be scaled within North America. Support a standard cadence of operations (e.g. goal setting, revenue reviews, etc.) as needed. Identify and solve strategic questions relating to Meta’s largest business opportunities.Requirements:Master's degree in Operations Research, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Requires 2 years of experience in the following:1. Using Excel spreadsheets for running data analysis and building quantitative models for business decision making; 2. Pivot table based reporting, including using charts for visualization and using lookup and math functions; 3. Managing large data sets in Excel and SQL; 4. Synthesizing and making recommendations based on imperfect data from multiple sources; 5. Working independently, and managing multiple concurrent initiatives or processes in a cross-functional environment; 6. Driving operational rigor and excellence through proactive process planning and automation on regular cadence or project basis; and 7. Problem solving, including providing business insights, developing actionable recommendations, and telling stories based on data sets.

Minimum Salary: 188,147 Maximum Salary: 205,700 Salary Unit: Yearly
