Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc. seeks Business Manager, Global Markets Division in New York, NY to plan, direct, and coordinate the business operations of the Global Markets Division (GMD). Formulate policies and manage daily operations for business related matters. Support management on business issues including operations, IT, Finance, Tax, Regulatory framework, Legal or compliance. Support GMD staff in their commercial and trading activities and coordinate with support functions to ensure the growth of the client franchise and revenues. Act as a thinking partner for Heads of Sales desks to help them build business strategy, optimize setup, and anticipate regulatory hurdles. Leverage global strategy and ensure regular benchmarking with competition to feed the development or adjustment of the strategy and roadmap. Maintain Front Office global relationship with Business Partners: Compliance, Legal, Risk, IT, Operations, Finance. Coordinate to identify improvement areas within the Front Office organization and define and implement solutions to streamline Front Office Sales business processes. Ensure the Front Office organization global coherence vis-a-vis partners. Make sure that priorities are well understood and taken into account by partners (especially for onboarding matters: KYC, Legal and Risk teams). Coordinate the development of key performance indicators for the Heads of activities. Represent Sales Management in internal forums, and assist Sales Management and Project Sponsors by helping them drive business projects and ensuring that all the necessary actors are involved when required. In coordination with the various departments, produce ad-hoc analysis of activities according to management requirements and contribute to the Front Office Sales budget process. Contribute to global Control Framework and Risk monitoring and identification of risk areas. Remote work permitted 2 days/week.REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance and 4 years of experience in the job offered or related business management capacity. Must have 2 years of experience in the following: client onboarding, credit and legal negotiation, analysis of commercial revenues and performance indicators, and regulatory watch in the banking and financial services industry; fixed income products; French, EU, and US regulations, including SRAB, MIFID, EMIR, and DF; business strategy and development; establishing relationships with Front Office senior management (Head of Business, Head of Trading/Sales Desk, Senior Sales/Traders) and Support Functions (Compliance, Legal, Risk, MO/BO); working in cross-functional and multinational teams across Asia, EMEA and LATAM; and aligning risk exposure with global strategy in KYC and client onboarding process.SALARY:$175,000 - $215,000 per yearTo apply, please send resume to CARecruitmentUS@ca-cib.com.
