We are looking for staff for our flagship SoHo taproom, as well as our upcoming opening at our newest location in Union Square.

We are looking for well-rounded bar candidates who will bring a positive energy and willingness to give their all to their job each and every day. This is a rare opportunity to work in a FUN environment that still values the pillars of good service. Previous experience working in a bar with both craft beer and traditional cocktails is required. At least one year of Manhattan experience is preferred.
As Manhattan's largest production brewery, Torch & Crown is a destination for beer lovers and tourists, but also have a dedicated constituency of locals that join us for dinner. Large groups of 20-30 guests are common almost every night. Our giant taproom can seat up to 380 people when the weather is nice. Because of this, having previous high volume experience (with a smile) is essential for all new team members.
