Job Duties: Work closely with GPG leadership to create, track and progress on key priorities and projects. Help drive key GPG strategic initiatives from start to finish through development of project plans, collaboration with team members and development and presentation of final deliverables. Draft communications and updates to senior level stakeholders around upcoming meetings and updates on strategic priorities. Create, manage, and present presentations and memos to communicate plans, progress and final findings/results.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Requires 24 months of experience involving the following: 1. Project management/organization; 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and synthesize large quantities of data and summarize issues with strong attention to detail; 3. Collaborating with team members and stakeholders of all levels of seniority; 4. Conveying key messages both in written and presentation form; 5. Creative problem solving; 6. Using Microsoft suite (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) to creating strategy presentations by collecting and synthesizing industry, competitor, and firm data across public and private securities, including ability to leverage databases (ie., Morningstar, Bloomberg, eVestment), customer relationship management systems (i.e., Teamworld); and 7. Working with Tableau data.

For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $117,300 - $137,500. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
