Job Title: AssociateLocation: 50 Hudson Yards, New York, NY 10001Wage Range: $137700 - $155000Job Duties:BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. is hiring a(n) Associate (ref. Code R252020 in New York, NY).Duties: Leverage Aladdin to transform our client's business workflows and reporting across portfolio construction, order management, risk reporting, ESG, and performance measurement & attribution. Collaborate closely with client leadership (e.g., Chief Investment Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Head Portfolio Managers, Chief Sustainability Officer) to understand client objectives and goals while delivering strong representation on behalf of the Aladdin Business. Lead and document the redesign of investment and reporting workflows across various asset classes including equities, fixed income, alternatives, and derivatives, with a focus on operational scale and efficiency. Work closely with the client and Aladdin Product Managers to support the product development needs of our clients. Improve the efficiency and repeatability of our execution methodology with each new implementation. Develop deep relationships within BlackRock Solutions and BlackRock to ensure the best client experience. Mentor junior members of the team. 15% domestic travel required. REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering Management, or a related field; and 24 months experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
