Job Title: Associate, Product ManagerLocation: 50 Hudson Yards, New York, NY 10001Wage Range: $142300 - $162500Job Duties:BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. is hiring a(n) Associate, Product Manager (ref. Code R251215 in New York, NY).Duties: Define and own the product story and the future of delivering Aladdin’s product capabilities. Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to execute product vision. Innovate, conceptualized, design, and pilot new software capabilities to simplify business problems for our clients. Define product strategy and execute product vision throughout the entire product lifecycle. Work to translate accounting business requirements into technical specifications and work with the engineering team to design and build scalable solutions. Work as product evangelist with the Product Marketing Team to build awareness and understanding of the product in order to increase product adoption and gathering user feedback to inform future product development. Run software development rituals such as grooming, stand-ups, demos as well as retrospective sessions with stakeholders. Lead with data driven mindset that tracks and measures usage and metrics to advise product strategy and deployment strategy. Be a market structure expert - stay attuned and be ahead of industry, market, and technology trends to build opportunities for BlackRock and better serve our clients. REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Management, Accounting, Political Science, or a related field; and 24 months experience in the job offered or in a related, Project Management occupation in the financial services industry.Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
