Associate, Market Data Engineer, PDT Partners, LLC, New York, NY: Maintain & enhance our internal dvlpmnt infrastructure, which incl. our build & deployment envrnmnts, compilers, debuggers, & other dvlpmnt tools; Manage & support the operation of our global trading system, troubleshooting & debugging issues; Monitor compliance-rel. issues & market/exchange tech changes; & Use software development methodologies to implement & extend exchange connectivity & market data functionality. Bachr's Degree in Comp. Science, or a rel field req. Additionally, must have (i) 3 years of exp programming in C++, Python, & Java; (ii) 3 years of exp working w/ trading systems or financial data, working w/ low-latency systems, or working in a data science or research-adjacent role; & (iii) 2 years of exp working w/ Nix. Exp may be gained concurrently. This position is eligible for a hybrid, work-from-home schedule upon manager approval.
