Fitch Inc Associate Director, Program Management Office in New York, New York

Fitch Group is currently seeking an Associate Director of PMO based out of our New York or Chicago office.

This position is part of the Technology Risk team, reporting directly to the head of Technology Risk Strategy & Programs. Technology Risk is responsible for enabling the firm to deliver against its strategic goals by reducing the risk of significant security incidents and data breaches.

We'll Count On You To:
  • Enhance and implement project management policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Provide support and guidance to project managers and teams.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement framework for resource allocation and capacity planning.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on project status.
  • Develop reports and presentations for senior leadership and provide support to the CISO with any additional ad-hoc reporting requests.

What You Need to Have:
      • 5-6 years of experience in Project management
      • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
      • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
      • PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.


What Would Make You Stand Out:
  • Bachelor's degree or Master Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Advanced experience with JIRA and Smartsheet

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $125, 000 and $145, 00 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch's total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
