Associate Director, Global Business Operations, GroupM Worldwide, LLC, New York, NY. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing performance and resource allocation across global business units and accordingly drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce operational costs. Collaborate with finance teams to monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of global business units. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Advise senior management based on operational data and trends. Foster vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement processes. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to align on global business objectives and strategies.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $126,250.00/yr.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field, and four (4) years of related work experience.Must have four (4) years of experience with/in:●Data Analysis and deriving actionable insights;●AdTech environment;●Developing, improving, and rolling out operational frameworks and processes;●Advertising or media industry;●Negotiations and project management; and●Developing and maintaining operational guidelines and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency, such as financial processes and approvals/onboarding platforms, vendors, or offshoring resources.Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer.Please apply by emailing resume to careers.us@groupm.com referencing job code NY0096.
