Openmind Associate Director, Client Finance in New York, New York
Key Responsibilities
- Drive consistent process and approach to marketplace dealings and cascade to teams.
- Facilitate communication between Investment and Analytics/Planning/Operations and other departments to bring client strategies to life and execute campaigns seamlessly.
- Day-to-day client management and problem-solving.
- Provide thought leadership to senior client partners, advising on holistic media approach across lin
- Foster development and growth of the Investment team staff.
- Keep current on partner and marketplace innovations, ad models, and technologies.
- Lead client presentations.
- Work with the Client Investment Lead in developing and rolling out a go-to-market approach and applying best-in-class ways of working.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications; OR equivalent professional work experience.
- 6+ years of prior media investment experience desired.
- Experience managing and mentoring junior staff.
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with a wide variety of media partners and internal departments.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally within a variety of internal departments.
- Strong presentation skills via phone, virtual and in-person.
- Strong quantitative and analytical/results-oriented skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with intermediate PowerPoint and Word skills.
- Strong understanding of interactive research and buying tools.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75,000 to $180,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
