Nuvera Communications Inc. NOC Technician in New Ulm, Minnesota
A NOC Technician monitors a complex network of components consisting of network equipment, and telecom equipment. Along with provisioning, diagnosing, and resolving network, telecom, and customer issues. Collaborating with our technical support, telecom, IT, field service, and sales teams to enhance our network's performance. Working with customers and service providers to resolve issues. Position Hours: 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. Four; 10-hour days Monday to Thursday.
