Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in embedded systems.
7 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Java, Rust), and 5 years of experience in a People Leadership role.
Ability to communicate in English fluently to support cross-team collaboration with regional and global teams.
Preferred qualifications:
3 years of experience in the Bluetooth field
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Experience with application software development, and Python/Shell script.

In this role, you will be involved in Bluetooth software/firmware functionality and creating the good performance and features on Google Pixel series products. You will help architect new hardware platforms, design cool new features, and ship high-volume consumer devices.

Lead the Engineering team to design and maintain Wear platform features for Pixel Watch devices.
Lead team to bring up a variety of SoCs (working with chipset vendors).
Lead the collaboration with cross-functional teams for Bluetooth related features.
Scope, plan, and oversee the execution of engineering projects to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Propose long-term strategy for Bluetooth performance, power, and stability improvements.
