Your Day-to-Day: To strengthen our Supply Chain Management team, we are looking for experienced candidates for the position Supply Chain Operations Team Lead. Seize this unique opportunity to take an active part in shaping our new GBS centre and grow together with the rapidly developing organization. The position will be a combination of a working buyer scope and responsibility for the for the supervision of a team of Buyers and Senior Buyers that will provide procurement services globally for Westinghouse. Identify and respond to critical internal customer needs; drive issues to closure using good communication and planning skills. Recognize escalation situations and drive/support efforts to drive for high quality / swift results. Support the operations manager to help execute the following as needed for fluid operations and development purposes: Lead, train, and mentor a team of supply chain professionals consisting of Buyers and Senior Buyers Conducting the performance management process working with Employees to develop, monitor, and review Employees work performance Coordinates and manages day-to-day operations of the team Monitors the team's activities to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and provides support for both internal and external customers Manage quality of delivery and service level agreements that meet the needs of the Business Units Monitor metrics for the team's performance and meeting objectives Report activities and track KPIs Provide excellent customer service and ensure that a professional manner is maintained with customers at all times Monitor internal procurement systems and processes and ensure that compliance is achieved across the organization Develop and maintain close working relationships with internal and external contacts as appropriate Ability to analyze, identify and address key issues within the team and report team results on a timely manner

Who You Are: As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team: Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business or equivalent Minimum 5 years supply chain experience Experience in managing a team is a plus

Ability to lead a team of personnel by providing leadership, assistance and advice Fluency (written and spoken) in both English and a minimum one other language (French, German, Spanish, Swedish, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Ukrainian, Czech, Bulgarian). Language ability is critical when interfacing with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Knowledge of SAP for the day-to-day management of resource management, time reporting and expense reporting is preferred Has a history of driving for results while demonstrating high respect for others. Proactive Good: listening skills, issue recognition, and problem solving skills Team Player Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills required Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills Ability to multitask, work under pressure and proactively identify and solve issues Experience in making decisions Demonstrated leadership ability and teamwork Proficient use of SAP, Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint is desirable Why Westinghouse?
