As a Pega Sr. Analyst you will provide technical and administrative support within the Pega production environment. The primary responsibility will troubleshoot and resolve issues identified by end-users to allow continued execution of business processes. You will work directly with end-users across the organization in addition to the Pega development team (System and Business Architects). Westinghouse Parts Business' (WPB) Pega application is a business process management tool supporting our component delivery process.

You will report to the Manager of Process Engineering. This is a remote role that can be performed from anywhere within the United States.

Key Responsibilities: Fix and perform root cause investigation of issues affecting the Pega production environment. Includes fixing of worklist/workbasket assignment errors and monitoring broken process queues/health check. Develop utilities to mass update/backfill Pega data. Contribute to the growth/improvement of organizational Pega protocols. Support exposure of Pega data to interfacing systems for reporting. Producing Pega reports using report definition rule. Pega End-User communications associated with technical issues, system maintenance and releases. Pega End-User ID maintenance.

Qualifications: 3+ years of experience Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology or other related field. Pega CSA/CSSA certification Expertise in server monitoring, agents monitoring and node management Experience handling Pega application production support incidents, including worklist/workbasket assignment errors. Experience supporting/working with integrated enterprise application(s) and Pega service and data integrations across multiple technologies. Hands-on experience with development and code fixes of Pega-based applications preferred.
