ManpowerGroup Maintenance Worker in New Paltz, New York
Our client, in the housing industry, is seeking a part-time maintenance worker to join their team. As a Maintenance Worker, you would be part of the team supporting buildings and grounds maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting, light plumbing and basic carpentry which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Worker
Location: New Paltz, NY
Pay Range: $18.50 - $19.00/hour
What’s the Job?
Part-time hours - Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 9am - 4pm with 1/2 hour paid lunch.
Potential for temp to perm with full time hours.
Turn over empty apartments - clean, spackle & paint.
Assist in removing or installing new appliances.
Lite plumbing, carpentry, and electric skills helpful.
What’s Needed?
Positive can-do attitude.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Perform your job duties following all safety guidelines.
Be flexible and able to "switch gears".
Must have a valid and clean NYS Driver's license.
