Description Robert Half has partnered with a client seeking a Customer Service Representative in the non-profit sector, located in New Orleans, Louisiana. The role involves providing administrative assistance in our Client Services Department, with a focus on supporting customer service operations. This is a short-term contract to full time employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Client Services Department • Use Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel) proficiently for daily tasks • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner • Collaborate with existing Office Administrator for training and smooth transition of duties • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and Low-Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH) regulations • Manage correspondence effectively, ensuring clear and prompt communication with customers • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of reports and records • Act as a liaison between the clients and the organization, maintaining strong relationships • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel • Experience in administrative assistance and correspondence • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations • Familiarity with Low Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH) • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks • Strong customer service skills and experience in a customer service role • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and manage multiple tasks • Commitment to uphold the values and mission of a non-profit organization • Willingness to undergo necessary training and development
