Job Title: Welder
Job Description
As a Welder, you will be responsible for fitting parts to specifications and performing MIG welding based on the weld symbols provided in the drawings.
You will ensure the quality of your work by using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and tape measures, and you may also use grinders or sanders to refine welds.
All welds will undergo inspection by a quality inspector before proceeding.
Certification will be provided upon hiring to uphold Department of Defense quality standards.
1st and 2nd shift available on a 4 day work week with overtime potential on Fridays!
Responsibilities
Fit parts to print and perform MIG welding using weld symbols.
Utilize jigs for fitting parts when necessary.
Conduct quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
Use grinders or sanders to finish welds as needed.
Ensure all welds pass inspection by quality inspectors.
Essential Skills
Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
Proficiency in welding and fabrication.

Pay
- $23-29/hour based off of interview/weld test and previous work experience.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
