Aston Carter Operations Coordinator in New London, Connecticut

Position: Operations Coordinator / Accounting Assistant

Industry: Media

Hours: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift, 40 hours a week

Software: QuickBooks

Hybrid after training: First month in-person everyday then Hybrid. Monday's & Thursdays in office

6 Month Contract to Hire.

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Previous experience in an Accounting and administrative

  • Media industry preferred

    -Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

    -Able to work independently and multitask

    -Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    -Able to maintain a professional attitude and demeanor in all situations

    Job Overview:

    -Support basic accounting operations and sending reports

    -Answer incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication from customers and clients

    -Provide customer service and answer client inquiries

    -Create and review documents such as contracts, invoices, and reports

    -Manage office filing systems and maintain records

    -Assist with scheduling, data entry, and other duties as required

    -Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
