The role.

Product Cluster Management team offers and supports lifecycle service portfolio’s ranging from long term maintenance agreements, digital remote services, upgrade to modern technology that comes with new features and functionalities, factory & field repair and technical support. Outstanding service lies in our dedication to support our customers and partners throughout the lifecycle of Innomotics products.

We are seeking a dynamic and results focused Services Product Manager to join Innomotics Customer Service Product Cluster Management team. The ideal candidate will shape the product management strategy for Upgrades & Refurbishments services ultimately enabling our customers to extend the lifecycle, improve availability and reliability of Innomotics drive systems. This role requires a strategic problem solver with a strong discernment to drive growth across our installed base with the service portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

Product Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive portfolio strategy for drive systems, aligning with the company's overall business goals, product roadmap and market trends. Drive the development and implementation of service offerings to extend drive systems lifecycle, improve availability and reliability.

Product Development: Collaborate with business development/sales, engineering, quality and products R&D to identify and prioritize new Upgrades & Refurbishments opportunities. Lead the product development process for service offerings following product lifecycle management process.

Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to identify customer needs, new product development roadmap, market needs, competitive landscape and opportunities for growth. Translate insights into actionable service strategies.

Innovation & Agile: Act like an entrepreneur, driving new product lifecycle management ideas with supporting argument models and/or improvements actions faster from idea generation to first implementation.

Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies, collateral, and promotional campaigns to increase awareness and demand for services.

Sales Enablement: Harvest drive system installed base and drive lead management initiatives. Collaborate with business development/sales team to provide them with the vital tools, training, and product knowledge to effectively promote and sell Upgrades & Refurbishments services.

Product Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the service portfolio; supervise sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, operations, and service delivery to ensure alignment and successful execution of Upgrades & Refurbishments service product strategies.

Your profile.

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics, mechanical engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

  • Consistent record of at least 5+ years combined in product management, project management & service experience.

  • Experience collaborating with R&D and Engineering to create Upgrade & Refurbishments packages and develop go to market strategies to support extending equipment lifecycle.

  • Strong ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions.

  • Outstanding project management skills with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams, collaborators, and suppliers.

  • Strategic problem solver with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for identifying and solving customer struggles.

  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, product management software, and data analysis tools.

The pay range for this position is $79,900 - $137,100. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
