Job Description

Leads, plans, organizes, and coordinates special projects. Assists in developing goals and objectives, strategic plans, policy and procedure manuals, and training manuals; performs related research functions and other duties, as needed.

Job Responsibility

  • Leads and guides day-to-day processes of the team/department and participates in various projects/initiatives;

  • Collaborates with leaders to define analytics business requirements for team assignments, provides guidance to assigned staff and oversees quality of work; Defines, develops and tests methods for representing and interpreting statistical performance. Ensures quality outcomes and ensures meaningful insights may be extracted from the analyses.

  • Produces written reports; evaluates and interprets data, identifies trends and derives related conclusions; leads large scale complex analyses and develops recommendations and solutions through best practices; plans, organizes, and coordinates special projects, as assigned;

  • Organizes and sets team priorities and handles workload in an accurate and timely fashion.

  • Effectively communicates progress and issues to appropriate leadership; coordinates initiatives, follows-up on outstanding issues and partners with the leadership and other departments, as necessary.

  • Contributes to the development and implementation of programs and initiatives focused on quality improvement and operational efficiency;

  • Projects and assignments are of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. Performs related duties as required. Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience and progressive experience where team leadership was demonstrated, required.

  • Healthcare experience, strongly preferred.

The salary range for this position is $70,470-$116,870/year
