Power-Flo Technologies Entry Level Customer Service Representative in New Hyde Park, New York

Our New Hyde Park location is seeking an organized and outgoing individual for an entry level customer service position.
This role is Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. Full Time. On-site (not remote).

Duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:
Answer incoming phone calls
Communicate with customers via e-mail or phone
Willingness to gain product/service knowledge
Enter and sort data on Excel
Conduct research on customer and vendor histories
Other office administrative duties upon request
Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced, diverse and growth-oriented environment
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail required
Strong customer service skills
Working knowledge of MS-Office Suite including MS-Word and MS-Excel
Ability to learn and adapt to proprietary software applications
A driver's license is required to make trips to the post office and bank as needed
Strong Time Management
