Job Title: Assistant Production Supervisor
Job Description
Oversee the production process looking for ways to improve efficiencies, meeting all production quotas and deadlines. Coordinate with Production Supervisor work assignments. Engage with the Production Supervisor to analyze productivity, workflow, methods, and procedures, making recommendations to management as appropriate. Enforce all company policies and plant rules, including but not limited to problem-solving, development and implementation of standard operating procedures. Complete the production labor schedule by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules to minimize the person; resolving problems; and reporting results of the shift production daily. Responsible for meeting all food safety, quality, and customer requirements for this position.
Responsibilities

Read written work orders, manuals, measurement instruments, and company-posted work and safety policies, procedures, and programs

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
