FlexStaff is seeking a Physical Therapist for our client, a comprehensive multidisciplinary company who offers Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy, Massage and Acupuncture services. The ideal candidate possesses a strong ability to assess patient needs and develop individualized, innovative, and effective treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
Evaluates a patient's needs and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
Provides appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
Instructs family members/caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.
Requirements:
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Rhode Island or eligible.
Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
The salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000/year
