ManpowerGroup Data Center Technician in New Carlisle, Indiana
Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a Data Center Technician to join their team. As a Data Center Technician, you will be part of the Infrastructure team supporting the installation and maintenance of critical network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Data Center Technician
Location: New Carlisle, IN
Pay Range: $25.00 per hour
What's the Job?
Partner with cable vendors to install, inspect, and troubleshoot cabling.
Install, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic and copper cabling, including patch panels and patch cords.
Ensure that the Data Center and vendor installations comply with all installation practices.
Manage work and priorities through a ticketing system to complete customer requests and projects.
Maintain accurate records and document problems and processes to successfully draft and execute changes within data centers.

Technical aptitude with a good understanding of computers, servers, switches, and various networking devices.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and analytical skills.
Willingness to learn and apply new technology in a fast-paced environment.
