Robert Half Property Administrator in New Brunswick, New Jersey
Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in the Housing Association industry, located in New Brunswick, New Jersey. This role is 100% on-site and requires a bilingual individual fluent in English and Spanish. The dress code is business casual and there is free parking available on site. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
Responsibilities:
• Answering inbound phone calls from residents and addressing their inquiries.
• Providing a high level of customer service to residents.
• Working with the ADP - Financial Services and JD Edwards EnterpriseOn Accounting Software Systems to maintain accurate records.
• Entering work orders into the CRM system.
• Scheduling maintenance requests and coordinating with property managers.
• Following up on work orders and maintenance requests to ensure timely completion.
• Ensuring all customer interactions are logged and updated in the CRM system.
• Collaborating with the team to identify and implement improvements to customer service processes. Requirements • Proficiency in managing work orders, demonstrating knowledge of the process from initiation to completion.
• Excellent telephone communication skills, with experience in answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Ability to respond to inquiries, providing accurate information and appropriate solutions to residents and stakeholders.
• Understanding of the housing association industry, its operations, and its regulatory environment.
• Proven experience in property administration or similar role within a housing association.
• Strong administrative skills, including record-keeping, scheduling, and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals.
• Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
