Accounts Receivable

We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable/Billing representative located in New Britain, CT. This is a direct hire role paying $17-$20 per hour. If qualified and interested, please send resume to john.northrop@randstadusa.com

Responsibilities:

job duties not limited to

Collections (reminders, errors)

Processing payments via online credit card portal

Miscellaneous customer billing

Posting cash receipts and deposits

Posting payments

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:

Attention to detail.

Ability to work with deadlines.

Experience with Positing payments

Experience with Invoicing

Experience with AR

Experience in Great Plains or other Accounting Software

Education:

High School

Experience:

Entry Level

Qualifications:

Education

High School Degree or above.

3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
