This position reports to Manager, Product ManagementYour role and responsibilities In this role, you will support the sales organization in driving sales of drive products in the US market by ensuring implementation of global product marketing strategies to meet business objectives. The individual will build key relationships with sales, service, marketing, channel partners, and customers to understand the customer and channel needs in strategic markets within Motion Business Area. This role will work across functions and engage sales and customers directly to determine the course of where to play & how to win and champions successful execution of the U.S. drive products HVACR drives portfolio go-to-market strategy. The work model for the role is: Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: * Own the local go-to-market product marketing strategy HVACR products including value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy. * Support the sales in the local market by providing product and technical support to sales teams including trainings, sub-segment growth and key customer pursuits. * Create demand through technical promotion, providing solutions and a value base selling approach with expert level knowledge of products and competitors offerings. * Understands customer needs in the local market by building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction. * Prepares business plans focused on business development for the HVACR market and implement Division market pricing policy.
