The primary purpose of this role is learning to deliver timely, safe, and effective pest control service for each established and new residential customer on an assigned route. This includes completing regular inspections to ensure continued service effectiveness and to communicate effectively with customers before and after services are performed to advise them of findings and recommendations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Learn to deliver timely, safe, and effective pest control service for each established and new customer on assigned route Demonstrate understanding how to complete quarterly/annual inspections to ensure continued service efficacy, and identify/document any concerning conditions Demonstrate ability to advise customers of service work completed, summarize concerning conditions, relate recommended solutions/benefits, gain commitment, and collaborate with other team members on needed follow-ups Demonstrate ability to maintain safe and clean vehicle/equipment, and ensure sufficient quantities of product to meet route service needs Demonstrate ability to Maintain proactive route schedule management, partnering with management and branch support center as needed for any scheduling interventions Satisfactorily complete initial technical training and participate in regular update training to stay current with proven methods and practices Complete training, certifications, & licensing Key Skills: Ability to follow instructions for mixing on product labels Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in both internal and external settings Basic math skills - add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure - using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Essential Job Functions: Ability to follow instructions for mixing on product labels Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in both internal and external settings Basic math skills - add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure - using whole...
