2^nd^ shift
- Sunday-Thursday. Two separate report times on this one.
- 10 am until the work is complete OR
- 12 pm until the work is complete.
- For those order filling, the totes could potentially be heavy depending on the product.
Order fillers are typically what we fill continuously on this shift.
Order fillers (similar to online grocery pickup). Pay range is $13-15 an hour depending on the room they pick in.
- Some workers pick by paper and some pick with paper and headsets.
- Some utilize totes to pick and others may use carts to pick.
- They are eligible for incentive payments if they meet the requirements.
My bulk pickers operate standing lifts (electric pallet jacks).
Tote strappers. Pay is $13.50 an hour.
- They confirm everything is in the tote before close, if anything is short, they place it to the side, tote are later scanned, and transported them to the receiving area.
- When they aren't backed up with totes on the line, they take empty boxes to the compactor.

- Stockers. We're eventually bringing back all stockers to this shift. They will make either $13.50 or $15 an hour. We only run a freezer stocker at 12 pm right now. $15 an hour
- They stock product using carts and lifts.
Heavy lifting is required.
