Job Description
Job Scope
Principal responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Support engineering by analyzing data using data mining tools, collecting well histories, and assisting with preparations for technical meetings
Maintain multiple internal databases, scorecards and KPIs for management reporting. Maintenance of well cost estimates to ensure efficient business progress from well conception to AFE including performance improvement plans (PIP’s)
Maintain generic procedures to ensure that learning opportunities are transferred laterally and to new joining staff- Integration of Process Safety into activities, onboarding, team integrationScribe and document discussions during technical meetings
Coordinates and assists in preparation of slides for wells leadership team meetings including accountability slides on wells performance and safety statistics.
Coordinates and assists in preparation for BPRs, CWOPs, ORRs, AARs, and NPT meetings with appropriate vendors at the direction of Wells Engineering or Operations Team Lead and Wells engineers.
Assists in preparation of slides for Quarterly Business Review.
Assist wells engineering and operations with cost estimation accuracy, Open Wells Cost template updates, and reconciliation
Create and send Regulatory reports regarding perforations and chemicals (e.g ANMAT, RENPRE).
Update performance trackers and assist in preparing presentations for team as needed
Focal point for Wells team file structure organization
Coordinate the update of critical HSE and Operational documents (e.g RWP, WCERP, Team Org Chart, WCP, Barrier Plan, Well Technical Specifications)
Dimensions
Role based in local office, M-F work schedule
Travel to well sites will be required 20-30%, travel provided by company
No subordinates
Role will support Wells teams (Drilling & CWI)

Job Knowledge, Skills & Requirements:
Fluent English, speaking & writing.
Requires a dedicated self-starter able to engage effectively with team members of a diverse range of disciplines and backgrounds around the globe
Independently recognizes important issues and works with different disciplines and groups to resolve issues
Learner mindset and willingness to take on new and challenging tasks MS Office proficiency
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Products, Power BI, Spotfire and Access Database and other digital tools such as Pi, SCADA, SAP, Open Wells, eMOC, eWCAT
Familiarity with or willingness to learn new software
Coordinates work activities, independently delivers timely and high-quality work products
Understanding of Well Operations Exposure to multiple subsurface data-types (e.g. Geology, Production, Reservoir)
Actively contributes to team development, always looking for workflow improvement areas, recognizes areas where additional knowledge or information would be of value to the project and reports back to the team
Experience in cross discipline development teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
RD1/ RD2 certification or previous exposure to Drilling and/or CWI activities is an advantage
