The Director of Nursing Operations will lead and direct areas of responsibility both operationally and strategically. Responsible for ensuring that nursing policies, procedures and standards describe and guide the provision or nursing care required by all patients and patient populations served by the hospital. Design, development and implementation of systems and processes which directly improve the value of service provided, and improve overall organizational performance.
