$27.00 per hour - Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Manage recruitment processes to meet business needs as directed by Human Resources leadership.. Manage job openings and workflow structure in the CORE employee management system. Ensure positions are actively posted and forecasted in advance. Review applicants for open positions and determine qualifications. Schedule and conduct phone interviews with qualified applicants. Initiate the job offer and pre-arrival hiring process in the CORE. Update the Staffing Plan and other tracking documents in the HR Share Drive to provide ease of access to hiring, onboarding, arrival information etc. Weekly, provide an interview and hiring progress report to HR leadership. All other duties as assigned. SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE Minimum of one year recruitment and/or supervisory experience. HR and recruitment software experience a plus. Computer proficiency with the ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Demonstrated ta lent for interacting with a wide variety of people; ability to effectively organize and coordinate multiple priorities; ability to learn and develop new skills; ability to problem solve. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work independently. Must be organized and detail oriented. Excellent communication skills required.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS Reading and writing work-related documents in English. Speech recognition and clarity, including the ability to understand the speech of customers and co-workers and the ability to speak clearly so that you can be understood by customers and co-workers in English. Constantly communicates and receives verbal communication with other employees. Use hands and arms to reach for, grasp, and manipulate objects.

EQUIPMENT USED Typical office equipment (computers, multi-extension phone system, fax, copiers, scanners, among others)
