PRIMARY PURPOSE:

As a Parking Ambassador, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By anticipating guest need and modeling fast and efficient service you will set the tone for an unrivaled resort experience.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Warmlygreet all arrivingguests at parking entrance while providingcourteous,efficient, and enthusiastic parking services.

  • Meet the demands of a fast-pacedenvironment by following all protocols and using good judgment to assistwithregulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoidtrafficcongestion and delays.

  • Serve as an ambassadorfor the property, be knowledgeable of all hotel services/features/offerings, and familiarwith local attractions/activities/events in order to respond to guestinquiries accurately.

  • Resolveguestproblems within the scope of authority, otherwiserefer to the supervisor on duty.

  • Report all allegedthefts or missingitems to the supervisorand/or hotel securityforfurtherinvestigation.

  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 6 months of guestserviceexperience.

  • High SchoolDiploma or equivalent.

PREFERRED:

  • Previousexperience working in a resortsetting.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • N/A

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Able to effectivelycommunicate in English, in both written and verbalforms.

  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-orientedenvironment.

  • Excellent organizational skills to functioneffectively under time constraints and within establisheddeadlines, with particular attention to detail.

  • Excellentcustomerserviceskills and interpersonalskills to effectivelycommunicatewith all businesscontacts.

  • Ability to communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

  • Excellentcustomerserviceskills.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
