What You Will Do
The position is responsible for:
Prepare financial reporting by collecting and validating data from other teams and regions
Support daily management of the reconciliation of bank accounting transaction activities
Business partnering across the treasury organization and other accounting teams
Execute transactional and general accounting for cash and In-House Bank transactions of global affiliates
Participate in projects to improve the current cash accounting processes and technologies, ensuring the highest standards of compliance while improving operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities
Prepare financial reporting
Support daily management of bank reconciliation
Business partnering across the treasury organization and other accounting teams
Execute transactional and general accounting for cash and In-House Bank transactions
Participate in projects to improve cash accounting processes and technologies
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Strong analytic skills – Ability to standardize varying data processes/inputs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Intellectual agility, curiosity, and creativity
Strong capabilities in MS Excel
Ability to develop strong working relationships with a broad range of individuals
Fluent in English as a minimum
1-3 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of accounting, finance, cash management, tax, and banking relationships
Experience in Cash Accounting, Treasury Operations, or General Finance
