Minimum Qualifications

•Shall be credentialed and in good standing by relative credentialing agencies, if appropriate.

•Shall be qualified to teach in field of study.

•Shall be effective in teaching the assigned subject material.

•Shall meet the required standards defined by the University.

•Shall be proficient in curriculum development, instruction, evaluation and academic counseling.

•Shall have a minimum of 2 years' experience or equivalent in the practice of area of study, or as required by accreditation agencies.

•Shall possess a terminal degree in Art or Photography.

•Serve as an advisor and mentor for students in the Department of Fine and Graphic Arts

•Represents school in professional manner in all activities

•Engage in professional service

•Actively participates in departmental recruiting
