Job Summary and Qualifications
The Operations Analyst will develop and maintain reporting tools necessary to support Parallon operations, including development of tools to effectively report FTE impacts, inventory summary, automation success/failure and department KPIs through dashboards. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with Executive Management, Strategic Resource Director, Department Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and IT&S to help draft effective responses related to Automation and Global trends.
In this role you will:
Plays a role in the data standardization process and helps develop, maintain, and automate tools and systems to support department monitoring.
Assists with monitoring daily, weekly and monthly reporting for Global inventory.
Ability to analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights to Operational and Executive Leadership.
Leverage automation tools (Python, Power Automate) to create and identify workflow efficiencies.
Create custom queries utilizing SQL to track and monitor shifts in inventory volume, users, and billable actions for vendor assignments.
Use BI reporting platforms (Power BI, Excel) to build Enterprise Reporting packages to monitor vendor stats/KPI's.
Strong understanding of data visualization techniques to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and identify potential risks.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to gather requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies.
Builds a strong understanding of PSC and Revenue Cycle operations and technologies as well as HCA enterprise technologies.
Strong attention to detail in order to ensure the accuracy of the data being reported.
Works quickly and efficiently in order to meet the needs of the customer particularly when faced with tight turnaround times.
Minimal travel may be required.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
1-2 years relevant experience preferred or completion of Manager Trainee Program.
Revenue Cycle/SSC experience preferred.
HCA-based system experience preferred.
