Job Description
We are seeking an individual who is eager to jump into processes but also has the capacity to drive change management for cross organizational change. This person will support hardware supply efforts through systems and execution work. This role involves significant work across supply chain, delivery, dc/network engineering, and developers.

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to help us expand and scale the Hardware Order Management Team. We are seeking a strategic, detail oriented and collaborative individual to drive insights, accountability, and accuracy.
This person will work effectively individually and as a team member. They will create sustainable processes that can be scaled with the business.

Responsibilities
Analyze inventory supply levels against demand for cloud hardware
Gather data, model, analyze, and present regularly to leadership on inventory deficits and excess
Translate project requirements into actionable tasks for supply chain execution
Run and present metrics connecting forecast, orders and supply
Recommend mitigation efforts and project tradeoffs
Run feasibility analyses for projects and manage resolution processes for blockers
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant experience with planning and operations
Have strong analytical skills to drive insights and actionable outcomes
Expertise in developing scalable models for decision making and to drive future growth
Advanced in Excel analyses and Excel modeling, and Jira (or equivalent)
Experience presenting metrics to stakeholders to drive decisions
Excellent attention to detail
Influence partner teams without direct authority to ensure business needs and goals are met
Drive policies and procedures that monitor and support the organization’s operational and business objectives.
Ability to establish credibility and work with key internal partners to accomplish goals

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
