The work:
· Collaborate to prepare workshop content with respect to process design, key design decisions, required process variations and change impacts across people, process and technology as a result of future state design
· Participate in understanding the differentiated and highly complex business processes
· Conduct Fit-to-Standard Analysis
· Help define the Non-Functional Requirements, including performance goals and metrics, for the proposed solution
· Validate the Sub-Process design with the stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirements
· Review prototypes, Solution Roadmap, and Work Management Plan to ensure that the needs of the business are being met
· Inform the Global Process Owner and Workstream PM of any cross-team issues or dependencies
· Participate in estimating all work items for Design-Build
· Help build the initial work plan of milestones and deliverables for Design-Build
· Execute the deliverables & tasks to build the solution and collaborate within and across Process Teams
· Decompose deliverables into actionable tasks and estimating associated effort
· Report daily status & impediments
· Identify and create required test cases/scenarios
· Communicate testing needs to Testing & Data teams
· Participate in quality management reviews, ensuring the product design and related work products satisfy the requirements
· Configure applications and conduct conference room pilot to validate the configuration design
· Participate in Functional Unit Testing and provide feedback
· Facilitate Team/Design-Build Demos to show working software to Global Process Owner
· Participate in System Integration testing
· Work with Deployment Team on Go Live Readiness
· Support end-user training, as required
This is a hybrid role and will require 2-3 days per week in the office. The primary hiring location is Nashville, TN but may consider qualified applicants in Houston, TX.
Here’s what you need:
Minimum of 3 years working with SAP on direct, subcontracting and licensed goods procurement including the ability to configure and customize SAP MM/PUR modules to meet business requirements
A minimum of 1 year working with SAP merchandise procurement processes and its integration with Finance A/P
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if:
Experience in SAP S/4 transformations and a track record of successful project implementations
Experience in the Fashion/Retail Industry
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to present and drive functional workshops
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
