VOLUNTEER CORPORATE CREDIT UNION Member Experience Coordinator in NASHVILLE, Tennessee

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Member Experience Coordinator will assist in the support of the Member Experience department and throughout the organization. This position will support the Member Experience Liaison position in developing and identifying employee training and member training. This position will also support other functions throughout the Member Experience Department such as creating various engagement proposals, billing and final deliverables, along with various product and service onboarding tasks.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Category - Essential

55% Assist the Member Experience Liaison in developing internal training plans for departments and measurements to gauge employee's knowledge of various regulations, products, and services for current and new employees. Develop on-boarding employee training to introduce VolCorp's culture and mission.

Remain informed of all regulation changes within the payment platform or other industry changes which will require member and employee training. Review and communicate release changes and enhancements of third-party release documentation to Operations department and create training around changes.

Assist in the development of external member training opportunities. Research various training options through third parties. Schedule all training sessions for internal and external training sessions.

25% Complete data preparation for ALM Analysts and assist in report creation/delivery. Assist Member Experience Team and Symphony in the development of engagement letters, proposals and tracking of each.

20% Responsible for the administration of user set up for Operations and credit unions, along with Authorized User Lists maintenance.

RELATED DUTIES:

Perform other assignments and special projects as directed by the Chief Experience Officer or other Senior Leadership Team members.

Adhere to company and governmental policies and regulations, including those relating to Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Plan compliance.

Understand Bank Secrecy Act, Office of Foreign Assets Control Rules and adherence to VolCorp policies.

PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE:

High School graduate, with some college preferred.

Must obtain ACH, Faster Payment and BSA accreditation within two (2) years of accepting the position.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Strong verbal, written, and nonverbal communication skills. Strong professional etiquette. Effective presentation skills and the ability to adapt ideas and training material based upon audience's knowledge level. Effective interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills Knowledge of various software platforms to assist in job, such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Strong analytical skills to lead to continual process improvement within work flows and overall job responsibilities. Time Management and ability to easily accept and manage change. Detail oriented and self-motivated. Requiring very little direct supervision. Ability to work independently and within group settings.

Must be flexible to work some overtime

Basic office setting

Travel may be required up to 10% annually
