What you will do-

The Logistics Analyst is responsible for a number of activities supporting the International Operations of the company. The Logistics Analyst is responsible for the reviewing and releasing of all LRD orders using the SY Tool. The Logistics Analyst I will provide date support for any items not available. The Logistic Analyst I will distribute the EU Potential Backorder Report to the Venlo team. The Logistic Analyst I will prepare and distribute all canceled items from EDI orders to the respective LRD along with any other activities related to order fulfillment. Responsible of the SY tool understanding how the tool works for their designated regions. Analyzing all orders through the tool to ensure that we are releasing orders based off forecast or excess stock. This includes working with the Network and Supply planners, Manager of Planning Analytics and the Manager Business Process Expert Supply Planning. Manage the TIB for the Osteoset T. Making sure all information is update on daily basis, assuring the TIB is up to date with any extensions and closed in a timely fashion to avoid any fines. Updating dates in the Date sheet for items not available. These dates are communicated to the customers for estimated delivery date. Distributes the Cancelled item report to the LRDs weekly via email. Updates and distributes the EU Potential Backorder Report via email.

Additional Responsibilities:

Ability to communicate effectively, and interact with a high level of credibility and integrity with internal personnel and various external organizations (e.g. V/P’s or Area Directors, International distributors & subsidiaries, customers, sales reps, etc.).

Requires a strong understanding of foreign business etiquette and culture with strong communication skills.

Ability to work independently to complete all task/or other requested reporting for submission to upper management.

Ability to prioritize workload and multitask to meet required deadlines.

Ability to exercise a high level of judgment and problem-solving skills are required to achieve the level of departmental support needed to meet international business objectives.

Ability to quickly evaluate situations and take appropriate measures to minimize inefficiencies or communication problems that arise in the company’s international arena.

Task oriented with the ability to multi-task.

Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills are required.

What you need-

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel skills including various functions & formulas

  • 5+ years equivalent experience in medical or business-related field is- highly preferred

  • Knowledge of DAS and JDE- highly preferred

  • Knowledge of PowerBI- highly preferred

  • Secondary language (ability to speak, read and write in second language)- preferred
