Position: HR Assistant
The Human Resource Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support the effective and efficient operations of the FRHC HR department.
Responsibilities
Administer and track Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), state-specific leaves, and company leave policies.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.
Answers frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, benefits, compliance, etc.; refers more complex questions to
appropriate HR staff or management.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of HR files and records.
Assists with the HR phone line, answering questions or referring them to the correct party.
Responds to reference checks and verifications of employment status.
Provides clerical support to the HR department.
Performs general administrative tasks such as running reports, filing, and scanning.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
0-2 years of related experience
Demonstrated interpersonal communication, time management, and organizational skills
Technical proficiency in utilizing computers and generating reports
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the health care field
