Vanderbilt University Guest Services - Parking Attendant in Nashville, Tennessee
The Guest Services-Parking Attendant will serve as the first point of contact for fans at home athletic events. This position will provide exemplary customer services to ensure game day events are handled with efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare parking lots/garages for event operations
Scan parking passes and process payment
Assist fans with direction inside lots
Customer service oriented
Know and enforce venue policies and information
Problem solve game day issue that may arise
Clearly communicate with appropriate parties to ensure seamless execution
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Operate technological devices
Work in fast-paced environment
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Perform duties under adverse conditions such as exposure to exhaust fumes, excessive noise, working in confined area, and exposure to outdoor conditions including inclement weather (heat, cold, snow/ice, rain, wind, etc.).
