Insight Global Fund Administration Analyst in Nashville, Tennessee
Job Description
A client in the Nashville, TN area is looking for a Fund Administration Analyst to join their team. This resource will be joining a team of 62 resources to help oversee 300 funds across the department, but will deal with 10-15 funds individually that are specific to U.S funds, equity funds, fixed income funds, etc.
Some additional responsibilities include:
o Overseeing and analyzing NAV calculation performed by delegated service provider for accuracy
o Assisting in audit coordination, audit query resolution and provide feedback on financial statements
o Supporting jurisdictional tax and other regulatory reporting requirements
o Ensuring deliverable deadlines are monitored and achieved
This team is also making sure K1s are being produced for the investors and being sent out to the investors. They are coordinating and facilitating the process around the K1s and doing cursory overviews. There's also tax processes that need to be handled for Mutual Funds and this team is handling and overseeing those processes.

Skills and Requirements
-3-4 years of fund administration or fund accounting experience
-NAV (Net Asset Value) calculation
-Mutual Funds- experience handling distribution requirements, understanding the structure of mutual funds, how they were established, regulatory processing.
- Financial reporting (income accruals, expense budgeting, fund audits)
Local to Nashville, TN or open to relocating (3 days hybrid onsite) null
