Job Summary

Shambaugh & Son in Nashville, TN is looking for a Fire Alarm Manager. In this position you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Fire Alarm Division.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the Fire Alarm Division.

  • Responsible for Selling and Estimating all Alarm products.

  • Responsible for profitability of department and organization of job logs.

  • Assist with design, bill of materials, and scheduling.

  • Coordinate with field Superintendents and other Project Managers for Alarm Department needs and progress.

  • Manage all personnel and projects in the Division.

Qualifications

  • NICET II preferred

  • 5 years’ experience in fire protection preferred

  • Expert level estimating and job costing experience preferred

  • Experience with VESDA and clean agent systems.

  • Experience in working with General Contractors

  • Experience in building teams

  • Experience in high paced, large construction projects.
