Job Summary
Shambaugh & Son in Nashville, TN is looking for a Fire Alarm Manager. In this position you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Fire Alarm Division.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the Fire Alarm Division.
Responsible for Selling and Estimating all Alarm products.
Responsible for profitability of department and organization of job logs.
Assist with design, bill of materials, and scheduling.
Coordinate with field Superintendents and other Project Managers for Alarm Department needs and progress.
Manage all personnel and projects in the Division.
Qualifications
NICET II preferred
5 years’ experience in fire protection preferred
Expert level estimating and job costing experience preferred
Experience with VESDA and clean agent systems.
Experience in working with General Contractors
Experience in building teams
Experience in high paced, large construction projects.
