TEKsystems Field Support Technician in Nashville, Tennessee

Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Field Support Technician to provide exceptional technical support on site to end users who need to be supported in a timely manner. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing IT equipment and systems to ensure seamless operations in a healthcare environment.

This role will be a long-term contract and will offer continued growth within the I.T. Field.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software issues.

Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to devices and IT infrastructure.

Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of systems and applications.

Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions and improve service delivery.

Maintain accurate documentation of service requests and resolutions.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
